Delivery Times
For orders dispatched within the United States, the estimated delivery period is approximately 2 to 4 working days. For orders destined for other countries, delivery is ordinarily completed within one to two weeks. Please note that these timeframes are dependent upon carrier capacity and that, in exceptional circumstances, delivery may be subject to delays.
Additional Information
We dispatch shipments exclusively on working days (Monday through Friday). Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered delivery or shipping days. Upon receipt of your order, the processing time is typically 1 to 2 working days.
All consignments are sent via an insured courier service that includes tracking. As soon as your order departs from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
Should any item be unavailable in stock, we will notify you without delay. In such cases, delivery may be extended by a few days; however, we will make every effort to process your order with the utmost expediency.
Shipping Costs (based on the total order value):
- For orders under $10: $9.90
- For orders between $10 and $50: $4.90
- For orders of $50 or more: complimentary (free of charge)
Shipping Outside the United States
For deliveries to addresses outside the United States, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be levied. These charges shall be borne by the recipient.
